She has been overcome with rage ever since her wings were recently taken from her. Her plan for vengeance entails obtaining a fellow angel’s wings in order to restore her heavenly abilities. It really worked to her advantage how slow the news of her banishing spread. It’s so easy to deceive someone that still trusts you.
